"CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional Study Guide, 9th Edition (Stewart, Chapple, Gibson, & Seidl 2021)". We recommend the Wiley Bundle Pack

Description

The course will serve as a 10 week intensive facilitated review course for the ISC2 Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification. The course will cover all 8 domains of the CISSP Common Body of Knowledge (CBK): Security and Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communication and Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, & Software Development Security. This course is a combination of lecture and self-study.

Prerequisites

Participants should have experience in some of the CISSP domains, have access to a computer, and reliable internet connection.

Registration Fees

This is a free course offered as a service to our community. We encourage participants to register as a member with the Central Alabama ISSA Chapter but it is not required. We will not be providing course texts but will provide copies of the slides. We will attempt to offer CPE certificates on request at the end of the course only"
