SUMMARY:Lema AI sponsors NAC-ISSA November lunch
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, November 10\, for our chapter lunch sponsored by Lema AI. \n\n\n\nFor years\, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) has been built around a simple assumption: the greatest risk occurs when a new vendor is introduced into the organization. Security teams perform due diligence\, approve the vendor\, and revisit the relationship months or even years later. Artificial intelligence has fundamentally changed that model. Today’s greatest governance challenge is no longer evaluating new vendors. It is understanding how trusted vendors continuously evolve after they have already been approved. AI copilots\, autonomous agents\, new data-sharing practices\, MCP integrations\, and rapidly changing vendor capabilities are transforming enterprise software faster than traditional review cycles can keep pace. This session explores why AI is reshaping the software supply chain\, how traditional TPRM programs are falling behind\, and what security leaders can do to evolve from periodic assessments to continuous vendor intelligence. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for identifying meaningful vendor changes\, prioritizing risk\, and building security programs that are designed for the pace of AI innovation. \n\n\n\nOur presenter\, Johanns Quiroz\, is a seasoned cybersecurity and technology professional with over two decades of experience helping organizations design\, secure\, and scale modern digital environments. Currently serving in a Sr. Sales Engineer role at Lema AI\, Johanns supports customers across the Southeast\, LATAM\, and the Caribbean\, helping organizations modernize Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) through greater automation\, continuous risk visibility\, and a more proactive approach to identifying and managing third-party risk. He also plays a key role in technical enablement for Lema’s channel partners. Prior to Lema AI\, Johanns held senior technical sales and engineering roles at Wallarm\, where he helped organizations strengthen API and application security by identifying and protecting against emerging API threats\, and at Horizon3.ai\, where he specialized in offensive security and helped organizations proactively identify and mitigate exploitable risk. Johanns also brings deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure\, having spent more than 20 years as a solutions architect designing complex environments across storage\, virtualization\, and cloud technologies. Known for his consultative approach and ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders\, Johanns is passionate about helping organizations stay ahead of evolving cyber threats while enabling innovation and growth.
