The first BSides Huntsville was held in 2014. In 2018, the North Alabama Chapter of ISSA was asked to take over the mantle of managing BSides Huntsville. NAC-ISSA is committed keeping with the traditional mission of BSides, as an uncensored, “indie rock” style conference, while growing and positioning it to continue for years to come.
